Members to our 2nd Annual Picnic Reunion
On Sunday, June 30th
@ 12:00 PM (Rain
or Shine)
At Cedar Creek Park,
Seaford, NY.
St. Emilianos’s picnic. Nassau county residents w. ID enter free, all others will be asked to pay a $10 fee per car.
The “Grove”
is the name of our reserved Picnic Area (follow the loop-it is located on your
right).
Amble parking is available at lots 5 & 6 (two closest). Arrive anytime!
We had an amazing turnout
last year and we hope to enjoy another very successful and happy reunion for
everyone again this year!
Some Basic BBQ Items & Coffee will be
provided buffet style via generous donations by several members; Hot Dogs,
Buns, Souvlakia, Pitas and Fixin’s.
Ø
Please
bring a side dish (see list) and beverages for the group to share
*Check off any item you wish to donate from the
attached a list and let me know so we may avoid any duplications or surplus
food.
Ø
Most
importantly, bring your family, along with your memories
Ø
You may need
folding chairs, blankets/towels, or a snack table
Ø
Dress to
play along with any ball!
(soccer, football, volley, net, baseball equipment, frisbee,
etc.)
Optional:
Bring your own specialty food if you have special dietary
needs &/or preferences
Remember:

There is
a large children’s playground area close to our picnic site
Ø
The park
does not allow any glass bottles!
Ø

Bathrooms are nearby
Ø
We have
a liquor permit, BBQ pits & parking facilities
Ø
